Our websites include without limitation, this website and other consumer-facing platforms operated under our brands. These Terms and Conditions also apply to translations of our Sites. Our Sites are controlled and operated from the European Union and are subject to European Union law.

The content and information displayed on the Sites are Matild Palace’s property and are collectively referred to as “Matild Palace Information”. The downloading, reproduction, or re-transmission of Matild Palace Information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited, except to the extent permitted with prior written consent by Matild Palace.
